A small Kent based canapé and buffet company run by Sue Lucas and Manda Nicoll ,who collectively have 30 years catering experience. Our passion is using locally sourced ingredients to prepare home cooked food.

We use authentic recipes to create dishes of the highest quality which range from the traditional British to classic Mediterranean and Indian .

We live within a village community and have a good working relationship with the local game keepers and farmers so therefore can source venison, beef, lamb, pork, chicken and game from within a 5 mile radius. Our Fish comes from Hastings or Whitstable.

Both of us have degrees in garden design and have a good eye for presentation and detail, particularly when decorating a venue. Please call us to arrange your family event, corporate occasion or celebratory party.
